Pet Policy
To ensure the safety and comfort of all residents, we do not permit aggressive dog breeds, including but not limited to: Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Wolf breeds, Presa Canarios, Shar Peis, or mixes thereof. Management reserves the right to restrict other breeds as needed and cannot allow exotic, feral, or wild animals.

– Non-refundable pet fee: $100–$500 (based on your PetScreening profile)
– Monthly pet rent: $10–$40 (also based on profile)
– Dogs must be housebroken and under 100 lbs
